Sterling Events - From venue to menu

Sterling Events is the North Okanagan’s First Choice in Event Planning Services, offering a wide range of services to fit all budgets and needs in the Vernon, BC area.

Corporate Services:
Our experienced planner will offer full organization of specific company related events i.e.: summer, retirement or Christmas parties. Theme parties are also available. These services benefit corporate clients by freeing up their employees to be productive at their current roles within the company rather than trying to multitask and organize a party at the same time. On the day of the event we can provide a coordinator to help the day go smoothly, this ensures that everyone enjoys their day.

Wedding Planning Services:
We will facilitate all aspects of the ‘Big Day”..... Additional labor needed for set-up, tear-down and decorating is an additional offered service. This package is a great for an out of town couple who are having a destination wedding in the Okanagan, or a working couple who does not have the time to source out all the necessary vendors. All the stress, time and energy of organizing the wedding are lifted from the client’s shoulders with services from pre-approved and guaranteed vendors. Out-of-town wedding packages are also available and would include any travel expenses incurred by Sterling Events.

Special Events/Tradeshows:
Ms. Boschert will work with organizers (or as an organizer) to host trade shows within a specific industry or a special event fundraiser. Her knowledge of local vendors and venues will be very valuable. Services offered include a written list of all attendees, advertising, décor, booth rentals and organization of registration desk.

‘Day Of’ Coordination:
Ms. Boschert will facilitate an event on the ‘Day Of’. This is great for a client who has done all the ‘up-front’ work themselves and are just looking for someone on the day of the event to handle any issues that may arise, such as paying vendors, last minute decorating, moving chairs, picking up orders, accepting deliveries or taking items from one location to another. This package is a great benefit to a do-it-yourself type of organizer who would like to enjoy a stress free day.

Decorating Services:
Our Decorating Services can include everything from theme development to centerpieces and seating charts. Our decorators are very willing to try new ideas and have access to the latest trends. Sterling Events has a wide range of rental products available for your use, including chair covers and ceiling treatments. We will bring your vision to life!
